“The purchase was very simple, but the delivery driver was very rude and unhelpful and kept moaning how heavy it was (a ton bag). Laughably they used a trolley - so couldn’t get it into my driveway. Next time I would buy from a company that delivers with a grab arm as it doubled the work i had to do transferring it into my back garden. Not happy.”

Hi Nikki, Thank you for the review. As stated on our website, all of our deliveries are made on vehicles with a tail lift and a pump truck and delivery is made to kerbside. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the delivery method.

“Arrived on time, slate was as expected and driver did his best to get the pallet load onto our drive but the uneven surface defeated him. He gave it everything he had though and would have kept trying if I hadn't talked him into leaving it at the top of the drive, good man...”
