“Buying the product over the Internet was fine, delivery was poor, driver turned up one and a half hours later than the notification email. Electric pallet truck not working and driver couldn't put pallets onto drive where I wanted them. Driver with poor english was in an angry mood, I'd left already as it was so late, and my elderly client had to deal with him.”
