“I wasn’t at home to take the delivery of 2no bulk bags, but I had a phone call from the driver 30 minutes beforehand. I’ve asked him to drop them on the driveway. He used his initiative as soon as he acknowledged where the slates need to go and dropped them just by. Couldn’t ask any more. Delivery on time and the quality of stones seems to be good.”

“I received a Pre-delivery courtesy call as requested,the driver dropped the load to my request & the whole operation from arrival on site was no more than 2 minutes Good job, Thanks”

“Not sure what happened, but the driver had the wrong address on his delivery sheet. Apart from that everything was good, just a shame it couldn't be dropped where I needed it to be, a crane lorry would have been a help.”
