“Love my purchase of Balboa my rock. Ordered one far too big to start with but was allowed to return for a smaller one. My only criticism would be having to pay return charge and re delivery charge, worked out a lot of money. Collection could have been when re delivery was done.”

“Product was fine but the company put the wrong address on the delivery paperwork and the slate was also put on the wrong pallet. Luckily we had a great driver who took the time to find the correct address and we had to actually break the pallet apart to move the slate off the lorry. I gave the correct postcode but the delivery address was for an address five miles away! Product fine Delivery driver- great! Company's ability for providing correct paperwork- very poor!”

“I have been really impressed with Decorative Aggregates since I first started ordering from them four months ago ! Overall, their customer Service has been superb each time that I have ordered gravel from them. Their website is both easy and straightforward to use, while their prices are also very competitive. Their delivery windows were normally very quick and I was always kept well informed of what was happening, but most importantly for me, they always turned up exactly when they said they would. Cheerful drivers too - I can highly recommend them to anyone wanting gravels etc .....”
