“Generally a good service which reached a successful conclusion. My dealings with Yasmin May were first class. However, others involved were not so good. My initial mortgage offer came with a full retention due to the valuer requiring certification of improvements made by the vendor. But I was informed by text and email, before I had seen the written offer, that I had a valid mortgage offer. A case of blowing their own trumpet without reading the small print. At this stage I had nothing. I would however use this service again, but ignore all the hype that the company sends out. I have received many requests to write this review at various stages of my dealings, but ignored them until today when completion of the purchase went through.”

“Good service the only delay was mid communication between the booking of the surveyor which took almost 3 months and then said I had wood worm which cost additional expense to get a company out to tell me there was no sign of it. I recommend not to use that survey company again what stress it caused . Lots of emails at the beginning information overload but again all the info that was needed. Thankyou for your help understanding and patience.”

“Toby Adair was amazing always available when I needed an update or questions answered working for me to get my mortgage through the only problem when Toby wasn't in I found it difficult to find any answers as nobody really knew what was going on with my case”
