“Very efficient and informative company, Easy to work with as you can text them anytime, left a e mail last night and thought I would only get an answer to my question after the Easter break it was answered before I went to bed. “Deal Direct I was looking to get a secured loan on my property to consolidate debts and went online and after a few searches I was put in touch with Deal Direct. My application involved providing some details and I then had a call with Paula who was my point of contact. From speaking to Paula I was put at ease right away as she explained the process and timescales. From start to finish the service from Paula was excellent, nothing as a problem and no question was a silly one. All in all from original application to funds being released from the solicitor was 9 working days. I would highly recommend Deal direct and again would like to praise Paula for her help in the process, I should also mention Hayley who was also involved towards the end.”
