“The whole experience was easy. Sometimes a little difficult to get answers immediately but this may be due to current circumstances (COVID19) found getting all information together a little testing so would suggest getting passport, driving licence, bank statements ready. Email/text communication good.”

“Was pleasant and easy transaction. I told them what I wanted and they offered me several options to suit my needs. When the mortgage I wanted wasnt available the an alternative on nearly equal terms was sought. Everything was completed smoothly and easily”

“Deal direct are a reliable and convenient mortgage advisers who have access to a varied option of lenders. Initially I was hesitant to deal with them as you never meet them face to face. All dealings happen online. Lee Conway was extremely good at his job. The only reason I give 4/5 is because I couldn't get an explanation on why the lender had a higher first payment and how that is determined wasn't explained well to me.”
