“Your agent Elaine Lee convinced us that as brokers your are able to find us better rates than our lender offered. We waited for days before she got back to us and the rates were not better at all and did not reflect our discussions. She told us that she will review and come back to us. Again we waited for days and chased her several times before she came back to advise that the rate we got from our lender Santander was the best rate. We were fine with that and already signed the offer documents to return to Santander however Elaine asked us to let her do the paperwork as then Santander will pay her/you a small fee of c.£280, I agreed. To my suprise, the rate we are on is not the same as offered with Santander and results in a higher monthly repayment for us. After several messages asking for an explanation of the higher rate Elaine put us on, she sent me a letter which makes no sense to me. 1. We had locked the rate with our lender. It was just a matter of returning the signed offer 2. Elaine has now got us a higher rate and the excess repayment works out to be the fee you received from Santander. In other words, your fee is included in my mortgage which is not the agreement we had. 3. I clearly advised Elaine that we had an offer from our lender with no arrangement fee and no brokers fee. I kept on receiving text messages and ohone calls from other agents in your company which did not give me confidence that there was a clear communication and that my case was dealt with correctly. l am very unhappy with the service .”

His communication and efficiency was brilliant exactly what you want when your dealing with what can be a stressful situation. We even had to adjust our finances slightly and he got straight back on it and sorted it no problem. Great company and 100% recommend.”
