“Everyone I dealt with I found very professional and helpful. All queries were answered immediately. It did take longer than I thought it would to get mortgage offer but I believe it was due to someone leaving the company and the Covid situation at the moment.”

“Cant Wait no more absolute joke DEAL DIRECT is been dealing with are mortgage for months now taken are money way before we were pestered for a review well this is are updated review we were promised are mortgage will be successful and promised us we will succeed ,months of sending important paperwork for nothing and taking money from us absolute fraud not even are estate agents could get through to this company our are broker Been Dealing with MELODIE KETT not helpful at all with contacting us and communication haven't heard anything since are mortgages didn't go through with no explanation we were lied to by mel , to be told by the banks that the broker hasn't even sent through to the banks about the mortgage after we have said the to are broker they are not getting back to me DEAL DIRECT ALONG SIDE MELODIE KETT months of nothing and just lies for answers and excuses STAY CLEAR from this DEAL DIRECT Watch DOGS mention stuff about will require advice and help with WATCHDOGS”

“We dealt with John Whelan, he was very helpful! I could contact him any day any time, he would keep in contact with me the whole time keeping me up to date with what was happening I didn’t have to chase him, like I did with previous mortgage brokers, We tried many mortgage advisors before him and he was by far the best! He definitely made me feel at ease like I was speaking to a friend. John was constantly on point and top of things. I am very happy with the customer service I received 10/10. We will 100% be using John whenever we need a mortgage , I would highly recommend him!”
