“Simon Tai has been exceptional in terms of his service and speed of processing. He has managed to submit my remortgage application within an hour and after 2 hours an offer was made by the bank. Thank you ever so much Simon and won't hesitate to recommend you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“Above and beyond expectations! I'm not normally one for leaving reviews (unless someone seriously annoys me) 😆 but I was so pleased with the service from DD-FS, I couldn't not leave a review! Alasdair Grant dealt with my remortgage and I can't praise him enough, he is very professional and very friendly too! His communication was excellent keeping me informed every step of the way, made everything seem easy. From my experience I would say all their staff work well together as a team, some aspects of my remortgage would have been dealt with by other members of staff possibly in other departments, but this all happend seamlessly in the background. One more point I feel worth mentioning is the ease and speed with which the paperwork was dealt with, Nearly all the documents that needed signing, could be signed electronically online, this was so easy to do and obviously avoids any delays waiting for the post etc. One last thing before I sign off...... I noticed this company has some really bad reviews on Google, I'm really shocked by this as my experience with them was excellent! Yes there are fees to pay, but I was informed upfront what the fees were, what they were for and when they would need to be paid, In my opinion the fees were fair (and I hate paying fees!) especially compared to other brokers / companies. Maybe those reviews are fake? Maybe by competing companies? Who knows?? Anyway I would like to finish by saying a big thank you to Alasdair and Nigel (who dealt with life insurance side of things) and the rest of the team at Deal Direct FS for making my remortgage so easy.”

“Deal Direct has made the process of buying our first house very smooth. As first time buyers, we weren’t sure what to expect, but our advisor Mark took care of our mortgage application and help to buy paperwork for us, making the whole process very stress free and quick.
