“Good service. Advisors are prompt and helpful. As the mortgage progresses it sometimes gets confusing as to who is currently dealing with it, but the advisors are always available to clarify.”

“Great contact from deal direct. But was confusing when mortgage proviser and solictor were emailing asking for same documents i had already sent. I thought paying for this service would alleviate all the other external contact. If i had known i would have to do it again myself i would have gone on a comparison site and saved myself 800 quid”
