“Lee Langridge was just brilliant from the very beginning of this process to the end and was professional yet very personable Managed expectations right from the start with no false promises Constant communication and updates from him and the team Beccy Stephenson and Claire Humby in particular and would highly recommend Only constructive feedback I would provide was to advise at the beginning of the process who would be involved throughout and that there would be more than one person from Deal direct picking up correspondence from the lender as it could be confusing at times with the email correspondence and who to go to for updates Also I was advised that precise do ask for paperwork in dribs and drabs but the timescale and update time was painfully long so making the customer aware of the expected wait time when new paperwork is submitted and completion timescale would be really beneficial”
