“I cannot recommend Deal Direct enough. A thoroughly great experience. We needed a new mortgage as we were moving house. Porting was not option so we applied for a Mortgage through Deal Direct and Simon took over the job of sourcing a new one for us. We are both self-employed and were not in the best position to go through the normal Mortgage lenders. Simon was an absolute star. He guided us through the process and at every turn he was always on hand to help us provide all the necessary documentaion and information. Simon kept us up to date throughout the process and was always on hand to give advice and encouragement. We ended up with a great mortgage offer and our dream move could happen. This is the second time in 6 years we have used Deal direct and had nothing but amazing experiences both times. Simon deserves special credit for his stunning customer service, guidance, speedy results, meticulous oversight and attention to detail. He made what can be a really stressful time into a straight forward rewarding experience. Many thanks. Rich Arthurs”

“Charged in full but no deal done. Deal Direct arranged and sent a mortgage offer, which I never received. After going elsewhere because no offer received, I still had to pay their fee. My advice, don't go online, speak to an independent face to face. £1000 gone!”

“We went to Deal Direct looking for a remortgage as we had lots of equity in the house and wanted to clear some debts that had accrued over the years. We dealt with Simon Tai and to be fair from the first conversation we felt at ease with him and his dedication to getting us the deal we require. He was very thorough and asked for all the information in one go so he could prepare our needs before selecting the appropriate mortgage provider. He was very good to deal with and answered promptly when needed and kept us informed throughout the process. We have had an offer now and just awaiting a completion date. A possibly stressful situation was made easy by Simon.”
