“Dealt with Mark for mortgage from day 1 was excellent especially with the circumstances with covid 19. Even if I chased with an email got a quick response was spot on couldn’t fault it. Will deal with him going forward for anymore mortgage queries I have! Also Nigel for protection side of things sorted within a couple of days no issues. Cheers to both of you.”

“Excellent customer service I dealt with Nicky in processing my remortgaging. Her industry knowledge and customer service skills were excellent. This was despite her working remotely during the Covid-19 pandemic. I don't think I'll look anywhere else in future.”

“I've used Deal Direct a couple of times now and I feel this last time wasn't as great. I felt communication was quite slow and I had to chase alot of the time for information. Also when my case was passed to Enact Conveyancing they requested information i had already provided and was duplicating alot of information which was quite frustrating.”

“Excellent service. We had a tricky remortgage situation but Melodie was brilliant and her knowledge of the market is superb. She kept me well informed throughout the process and was more than happy to answer all my questions in a very prompt and professional manner. I was a little wary of remortgaging online initially but I would highly recommend Melodie and Deal Direct and I will be returning when my current deal ends.”
