“Hi There i dealt with Lee Conway and he was so helpful. I am not overly IT literate and he patiently walked me through the completion of my forms and how to scan everything over to him. After the initial form filling i didnt have to do a thing. I sat back and Lee took care of everything else - he even answered calls from me when i was looking for updates and reassured me. An excellent company to deal with”

“My mortgage adviser was able to identify a suitable mortgage a few hours after the initial conversation. This was at the point where l was beginning to think that remortgaging was not possible as many banks had turned me down. My mortgage adviser (Kate) was efficient and responded promptly to all my questions and chased the progress of the application when l was unable to”

“I have three negatives and one positive about the experience. Positive is they were efficient. Negatives are they shared my data with a third partly when asked not to, they sent copies of my personal details (passport, bank statements etc) unencrypted over the internet. (i know this because they accidentally sent them to me...) Enough information to make identity theft easy. And thirdly, costs seem to materialise from everywhere after the initial quote. So cost wise, even though they appeared good, they are more average.”
