“Deal direct have done a great job for us, our particular broker Mr Simon Tai has been on top of his job at all times, even ringing us when he was off duty. Ours was a specialist mortgage and the company performed very well”

“From day one Simon and Claire have been amazing ! My situation was not easy for them but supported me 100% with help and support. Always replying to my messages and straight to the point .Gave me a lot of good advice and with all there help we got there and a mortgage offer has been issued . Massive thankyou to you both . Will be In touch in 2 years time but next time should be a lot easy for us all Defiantly reccomended”

“Sorting the mortgage offer was fine but attention to detail was disappointing as our offer was sent to the wrong address - my partner’s former home and his ex-wife’s house - despite having been told specifically that that was not our address. It resulted in a very awkward conversation which did not need to have happened.”
