“Went to Dodd Woods at Keswick, we were going to Mire House and gardens but it was closed. Dodd woods is a great safe walk but it is all up hill. My 3 year old granddaughter loved the views between the trees to the lake and looking at all the trees. She insisted we found the gruffalos cave! Was a bit slippery for her on the way down so make sure you wear shoes with good grip.”
“So much tension released being on lockdown has ruined us so getting out to somewhere new to visit was exlirating It was brilliant and my family had smiles on their faces which was what I set out to do. Everything was 100 take my advice try it!!!!!!!!!!”
“Shocking. Kittens been locked in a cage for 8 months because they do not want them. Selling them at a very high price. All animals look sick, not looked after. Play area looks worse than my abandoned garden”
“First visit with grandchildren since reopening, great displays and children really liked the shoe displays. Finished with drinks in the cafe. Recommend a visit”
“Love going here used to go all the time as a child and looking forward to taking my children. It's great for all the family!! Definitely have to visit if your in Manchester!”
“We gone to chartworth for a daily excursion.
We gone on outdoor playground or sat in their cafe having warm hot chocolate.
We have a browse in their farm store.”
“Fantastic water park, lots of different slides. Suitable for all ages but I’d mainly say teenagers. Good food court. Inside and outside area to eat and play.
Good showers. The shower area could do with up dating, does look tired. Great day out for the family. They take party bookings too”
