Nice helmet but the back strap is to low for my head and there us only one üoint for adjustment....so the helm shield is always in my sight. Tjis should be fixed for better fitting

I buy a hemlet according to the suggested size from the official website, but sadly it's still feel to tight for me. I sent a message from the website last week, and up to now it still has no reply.

Very bad, if your head doesn’t fit one of their only 3 sizes then don’t bother. Have been trying to return it for 2 months now, and haven’t even been replied to via email to be talked to.

Dear Sam, so sorry to read your review and hear that your experience of Dashel was not to your satisfaction. You originally ordered one of our Ocean Edition helmets, which are not available in all sizes due to the nature of this range and them not being mass produced. I understand we did send you an alternative size to try and covered all shipping costs, and when this did not fit we have given you a full refund. So sorry we couldn't assist further and we do hope you can find an alternative helmet that fits you well. Kindest regards Dashel
So far, I haven’t received my helmet yet, after 2 weeks of ordering. I’ve sent already 2 emails to the customer service of Dashel and they never bothered with responding me with the tracking and shipping information. Now I receive this feedback automated email and without any patience left, here I’m trying to reach out to Dashel saying that I did not receive my helmet. Now how many emails I need to send to have a response for “where is my item” query?

Customer satisfaction is really important to us, so sincere apologies for the delay in hearing back from our customer service team. I believe they have now been in touch and it seems there was a failed delivery by Royal Mail back on 24 November and they did not leave a notification card for you - very frustrating! Hopefully, it should be safely re-delivered tomorrow and you can start enjoying your Dashel helmet. Kindest regards
