“very good looking shape and comfortable. We are sorry that the colour is now matt and muted. The bright shiny red was much more fun”

“I like the style...but it is not a light helm and returning the helmet, e.g for a different size gets expensive for EU citizen: 26 bugs for shipping!...so be aware of this”

Dear Matthias, Thankyou very much for your feedback. Glad you love the style of our helmets. Sorry to hear you had trouble with sizing initially. We very happily exchanged the Small to a Medium for you, but do let us know if you have any other problems regarding this. Sadly, shipping costs are entirely out of Dashel's control. However, our size guide and adjuster dial combined is designed to reduce returns by offering a bespoke fit. Many thanks and happy cycling!

“I bought a helmet and two beryl lights and I really like all the products, great quality and chic 😄 The only reason why there's a minus star is not the company's fault but Brexit's 😅 The prices are a bit too high when one doesn't live in the UK... Still worth it 😄”

Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Hopefully you have the correct size helmet? The helmet's visor should sit 1-2cm above your eyebrows when worn correctly. This should then give you shade and visibility. Happy Cycling!

“Service is great. Ref helmet specifically it is absolutely the right size (m) and fits well on the head but the strap is v tight under the chin even on max length. Guess there is no way around that?”
