So far, I haven’t received my helmet yet, after 2 weeks of ordering.
I’ve sent already 2 emails to the customer service of Dashel and they never bothered with responding me with the tracking and shipping information.
Now I receive this feedback automated email and without any patience left, here I’m trying to reach out to Dashel saying that I did not receive my helmet.
Now how many emails I need to send to have a response for “where is my item” query?
