“Sophie our dance teacher was incredible. The staff and children have been extremely complimentary of how amazing she was. Both children and staff loved the world book day themed dances as the songs were relevant and fun. All the children came out of their workshop full of confidence and a real buzz from their enjoyment. A huge thank you to Sophie for delivering 2 amazing days at our school and we would love for her to come back again soon.”

“We have had Dance Days Workshops running at our school for many years now, and the Flamenco workshop did not disappoint. Sophie, our dance teacher was amazing! She was able to give lots of background to the dance as well as choreographing what is a tricky dance but making it accessible to our children. The children loved it!”

Every teacher came to me at the end of the day and said how brilliant Darren was. To fit all our classes in during the day we had shorter sessions. “Our instructor, Ellie, was fantastic! She was friendly, approachable and came with prepared a variety of equipment/props to dance with, in order to deliver the four different styles of dance organised for each of our year groups. The sessions started with an overview of a brief history/some general information about the style/type/origin of the dance about to be learnt. Our children thoroughly enjoyed their lesson and learnt an incredible amount of steps in a short space of time in order to have a complete performance by the end of the session. It was wonderful to see how equally engaged boys and girls were throughout. Thank you!”

“Year 1 highly enjoyed the recent Dance Days Lunar New Year workshop. The children were engaged and eager to take part, particularly fascinated by the use of different props available and the chance to parade as their own Chinese dragon. The experience has enriched their Lunar New Year learning as children have been able to speak confidently and excitedly about Lunar New Year celebrations from their own experiences.”
