“Our school had an excellent experience with Dance Days. As part of our Chinese New Year celebrations we booked the Chinese dance workshop for the whole school. From reception to year six everyone child was able to take part through the clear and well delivered instructions and had great fun. The challenge was perfect and the props brought added to the excitement and experience for all. Our Dance Days instructor was fantastic with the children. She kept the children engaged throughout and was a lovely visitor to our school. Thank You Dance Days!”

“Our Chinese Dance Day was for our nursery and 2 Reception classes. The nursery loved it as we split them into two more manageable groups of 15 therefore eliminating any waiting time. Our Reception classes were larger groups so therefore had more 'down time' whilst waiting for others to 'Have a go'. The nursery children were keen to repeat the dance when we got back to class although they were a little disappointed that we did not get to see the dragon in action. Prompt arrival, lovely relevant props and very good management of the group.”

“We had a member of dance days in with us to help celebrate our school's 90th birthday. Julie worked with all classes from Pre-Nursery (two year olds) up to year 6. She taught a different dance style with each class to fit in with the decade they were learning about. All the children and staff said what a wonderful time they had in the dance workshop. We would absolutely use dance days again.”

“Amazing experience from start to finish. We found Dance Days online whilst searching for a dance company who could join our EYFS stay and play session which was linked to Diwali. The compancy was prompt in thier response and booking and very accomadating to our wishes. We wanted something very specific and to fit in with our already busy morning of event. Jasmine led the session. She was fantastic! She led 3 session; 2 for children in nursery and reception and thier parents, and a shorter session for our onsite 2 year provision. The hall was so busy, but it was wonderful to see parents joining thier children and fully embracing the session. A wonderful, rich experience for our children. We had so much lovely feedback from our parents: 'the dance was amazing, we can't wait to come in again' 'I had so much fun! I enjoyed it more than my daughter' 'It made me want to start dancing again'”

“We recently had the privilege of attending a truly remarkable swing and jazz dance workshop, themed around the WWII era, as part of our Remembrance Day events. The workshop not only brought vibrant energy and fun to the day but also helped everyone connect with the spirit of resilience and camaraderie that defined the wartime period. The instructors were fantastic, weaving historical insights about the music and dance styles of the 1940s with engaging choreography. They guided us through classic swing steps, fun partner moves, and some iconic jazz techniques, all set to the authentic, toe-tapping tunes of the era. It was heartwarming to see participants of all ages moving together, learning, and celebrating the lively spirit of the time. This workshop was an outstanding tribute, reminding us of the strength and unity displayed during WWII. It was a wonderful blend of history and art, and we are so grateful for this memorable and inspiring experience. Highly recommended!”

“We booked Dance Days for a half-day, as part of our whole school Mexico Day. The instructor was lovely, she arrived in plenty of time and was well-prepared. Activities were differentiated by time and content to meet the needs of different classes. Lessons were taught over our 4 classes from EYFS up to Y6. The lessons were engaging and each class was able to perform a short dance at the end of their session. It was a great addition to our Mexico Day! Gracias!”

The teacher was excellent and managed to teach all the children to follow the routine and dance. As an extra treat we learnt to dance the pasa doble dance.
