“Product fine - no problems. It was fortunate I was able to help the delivery driver as the pallet with its contents was too tall to get of the back of the truck as packed (it had been loaded via the taller side of the truck). The driver on his own would have had difficulties!”

“Very quick delivery. The table and chairs look great, two of the chairs are a bit wobbly but nothing major. Also I think it does need to be oiled as looks like it might stain but otherwise looks brilliant.”

“We're really pleased with this bench. It's good wood, a solid construction and went together without much trouble. One peg wouldn't go in quite as far as it's supposed to but it doesn't matter so we're happy. It looks great and was a good price.”

“Great table and chairs - very solid and high quality. Service very good, although the delivery person just dumped it outside our house - didn't offer to take it to the garden or take away the pallet etc. If there was a more helpful delivery person, it would have been 5 stars.”

“Excellent fast delivery after ordering. Our selection of the heavier product was definitely the right decision. A small problem with a number of dowels which did not line-up with their holes (this would be a serious problem without DIY skills and tools). Would certainly recommend to any one looking for wooden products”

“I ordered a teak outdoor dining set including a table and 6 chairs. The furniture arrived quickly and the communications were good. Be prepared for a 3rd party courier to contact you reference delivery, not Humber Imports themselves. My top tip is to check the furniture before accepting delivery. I was not available to do so and found that the table wouldn't fit together properly and there was a cracked chair. As soon as I raised this with Humber Imports they quickly sent a replacement table and chairs and we are now very happy with the dining set.”
