“Despite not actually completing our purchase when we realised that the table we wanted was out of stock, we felt the communication between us and Humber Imports was excellent, efficient and courteous. Our money was refunded.”

“I ordered a teak outdoor dining set including a table and 6 chairs. The furniture arrived quickly and the communications were good. Be prepared for a 3rd party courier to contact you reference delivery, not Humber Imports themselves. My top tip is to check the furniture before accepting delivery. I was not available to do so and found that the table wouldn't fit together properly and there was a cracked chair. As soon as I raised this with Humber Imports they quickly sent a replacement table and chairs and we are now very happy with the dining set.”

“Delivery was very speedy. My fire was well packaged and looks super as it did online. The only negative was that I received no confirmation of my order or estimated day of delivery and when I emailed asking, I received no response. Otherwise I am very happy with my order and the process of ordering. Just the communication let you down from being excellent!”

“Delivery was very quick, ordered Saturday evening and it arrived the following Tuesday morning. Some criticism of machining quality, I had to go and buy a countersink to enlarge holes to fit securing bolts. However we are very happy with it and it looks good, had numerous favorable comments.”
