“s i said before when i emailed you the delivery driver just unloaded my order and left out in the street where i live my son came home and saw it and told me so we unpacked it and brought it to our house it was lovely and well made but we were left with the pallet to get rid of other than that well done”

“Sun loungers were great apart from the bolts. Not a huge issue though. Delivery was excellent. Not a lot of comms but that's understandable during the pandemic. All round, good experience. Thanks”

“Easy to order and quick delivery, although the delivery driver was obliged to get a signature on delivery, which seemed a bit odd under current circumstances. The bench was damaged when it arrived but I was offered a partial refund as it was not possible to exchange.”

“Excellent service and quality product. We are very happy with the new table and chairs. My only comment is that perhaps the back of the chair is slightly too upright! But it does the job and looks lovely, thank you.”

“Arrived promptly which was fantastic, due to the virus the person who was going to assemble it is unable to do so. Sadly the bench is still in its wrapping in my garage so I have not seen it yet.”

“Unfortunately part of the rear of the bench was broken I managed to fix it by purchasing some super wood glue which added to the expense”

“Nice looking table and chairs, although being a retired joiner I felt the quality of the construction was not to my liking but then you do get what you pay for I life I have found. Humber imports were very efficient in there response and with answer to my queries well done. Thankyou”

“Product fine - no problems. It was fortunate I was able to help the delivery driver as the pallet with its contents was too tall to get of the back of the truck as packed (it had been loaded via the taller side of the truck). The driver on his own would have had difficulties!”

“Very quick delivery. The table and chairs look great, two of the chairs are a bit wobbly but nothing major. Also I think it does need to be oiled as looks like it might stain but otherwise looks brilliant.”

“We're really pleased with this bench. It's good wood, a solid construction and went together without much trouble. One peg wouldn't go in quite as far as it's supposed to but it doesn't matter so we're happy. It looks great and was a good price.”

“Great table and chairs - very solid and high quality. Service very good, although the delivery person just dumped it outside our house - didn't offer to take it to the garden or take away the pallet etc. If there was a more helpful delivery person, it would have been 5 stars.”
