“Delivery was well organised and we are really pleased with the garden table and chairs. They were a little difficult to assemble as the dowels provided needed trimming down, but that wasn't a problem for us. Three set looks lovely in our garden. We did have a problem with some damage to 2 of them chairs, I got in touch and got a really fast response with replacement chairs delivered within the week which was amazing service- thank you!”

“Delivered my bench safely and in good time. The instructions could be slightly clearer as I had a bit of a struggle to sort out which way round some pieces went. Could have done with including an Allen key.”

“excellent product when it finally arrived. The courier firm failed to deliver on the day it promised. I was on holiday the following week but despite doing my best to make them aware of this they continued to try and deliver. This firm XPL is useless”

“Fast delivery , and pretty good Bench for the price. If I am a bit picky the bench has overflow of glue on some joints. Though for the price I guess it wouldn't be the same as a much more expensive bench. Would I buy again . Yes I would”

“Very happy with the quality of our bench, it looks great. Absolute nightmare was getting it delivered by the courier company - no showed twice when we waited in and twice more said they came when they didn’t, can’t phone to check and they don’t call you either with updates. John at Humber very helpful at trying to resolve but wouldn’t order from them again on that basis.”
