“This was a bit of a long story but i cant fault the company on the way they dealt with it all in a very positive and helpful fashion. I ordered the Monte Carlo set which came quickly but with one broken chair which was immediately replaced. Ordered two tins of stain of which one came but the other was lost in transit - also swiftly replaced. I had someone mend the broken chair and they are sending me a cushion for free! Absolutely great service. The set looks great - fabulous quality for the price. Im very happy with the service I received from Mark and the sales team”

“Lovely furniture at a competitive price. Just need the weather now. Was a bit tricky assembling the table and a soft mallet came in handy but we got there in the end.”

“Good looking bench . Nice quality and good price for a genuine teak item. The bench was easy to assemble but the dowels supplied were the wrong size. We got around the problem but it did delay our completion of the bench.”

“I have bought 2 of these benches. Excellent quality product which is straightforward to construct. The dowels are a wee bit on the large side so had to re-drill all the holes with 8.5mm drill bit which made the build a lot easier.”

“We ordered the giant 10 seat extendable dining set from Dalby Living at the beginning of August and it is great, just what we wanted. We researched several different teak furniture companies and chose Dalby Living not just because they're the cheapest which they are by some distance but mainly because of the great reviews. It can be a bit daunting ordering online without actually seeing the products but we needn't have worried at all. TYVM Dalby Living.”

“I have repeatedly contacted Dalby for a replacement cushions for an outdoor furniture I purchased earlier in the year but have been completely ignored. The quality is appalling - uncomfortable and they are now splitting and are showing marks. Would suggest anyone thinking of purchasing anything to avoid due to terrible customer service and poor quality of products.”
