“Great prices and a good choice. We ordered some teak chairs and a table, which arrived within a few weeks. It needed two people to unpack the pallet, which was a bit precariously stacked but nothing was damaged. The furniture looks beautiful and feels solid, though only time will tell how well it lasts. I was a bit surprised that it arrived untreated, as there was no indication of that on the website - I'm unconvinced by the enclosed explanations of why teak doesn't need treatment, given they sell also teak oil on their website! A quick spray of oil in the factory would have saved me a lot of time with a brush. Would have given 5* but for that.”

“Arrived promptly. Well packaged and protected. One hiccup with the table which required small carpentry adjustment. Otherwise all good.”

“Good communication-speedy delivery-couple of the chairs had loose bits which I discovered upon teaking but glued them in not really a biggy. Lovely table and chairs to sit around with the family.”

“All good - there are a couple of cracks in the timber top. We await confirmation of stock availability concerning a set of chair and table covers. We are pleased with our choice of furniture just tad disappointed regards the crack and the covers and the lack of contact to keep us informed since. Regards Mike”

“Very pleased with the quality of the table and chairs. Would have been an added bonus if had been pretreated with teak oil. Excellent service & delivery . Would recommend Humber imports and would use company again in the future.”

“Product was as described and was delivered promptly! Minor issue was that one of the pre-drilled holes to support Seat section to arm section on bench had a snapped screw inside and therefore we had to drill another hole next to it to fix the issue! Should have been picked up by QC on AQL pre-shipment check in Indonesia perhaps?”

“The bench was delivered early, and fairly easy to assemble. Additonally, I wood glued the dowels and clamped the frame for 24 hours for extra ridgity. A coat of teak oil brings out the grain nicely. Overall pleased with purchase.”

“We are delighted with our garden bench the only disappointment was we received it minus the dowels and screws so I had to contact the company to send them which delayed assembling are seat.”

“Great service from John. He called immediately after receiving the order and delivered ahead of schedule. My advice: Buy direct from Humber Imports and save money. We had a slight stain on the cushion of a follow up order for steamer chairs and a replacement was sent immediately without any questions.”
