“There was no scheduled delivery date provided so delivery service was hit or miss but quality of products (garden chairs) was good and value for money very good.”

“I am very happy with the look and quality of the furniture. I think it is good value. Time will tell how the joints weather. It would have been good to add on a few more pounds to the cost and have better quality cushions.”

“Online ordering and acknowledgement of order was excellent. It would have been really helpful to be given a delivery date. I was fortunate to be in on the day my bench was delivered. Bench was easy to put together and we hope to have many years of use.”

“The garden furniture arrived the day after I placed my order. It was well packed and easy to assemble. We are very pleased with its appearance. Two weeks after delivery we noticed a small crack on one of the chair legs. A quick phone call to Humber Imports and with no quibbling a new chair was promised. It arrived two days latter. Very impressed with the service and the product”

“Pleased with the bench which went together very easily. Haven't had the weather so far to make use of it though, pity some sunshine isn't included. Delivery was very quick though I did have to ask for a tracking number, which I thought I would have been given automatically. This is essential to ensure someone is around on the expected delivery day, but that aside pleased with my purchase. One thing I did do before building the bench was to apply teak oil first so as to get in all the little gaps and joins which would otherwise be difficult to reach. The teak oil also gave it a nice finish. As mentioned above little use to date but it all seems very solid and anticipate getting many years use, british weather permitting!”

“I was quite taken aback when your employee was unable to understand the costs to deliver 2 units is the same as one unit and that your delivery fees should be able to reflect multiple units. I then ordered 2 benches on 2 separate orders and every time incurred the delivery charge whereas I would have order both on the same order if there was a benefit to me you were willing to share.”

“The Buckingham stove boiler arrived very promptly. It was well packaged and arrived safely and has worked efficiently since fitting. Only criticism would be that the ash plate below the door was difficult to fit as bolt holes did not line up.”

“Humber Imports were very good. Two chairs were damaged on arrival but they were replaced with ease. Communication with the courier was very flakey. There was no communication until the day of delivery when I was out of the country. When delivering a replacement chair they phoned and gave me a date then turned up the day before. I would use Humber Imports again.”

“The delivery was quick. Although the fire was packaged, there was a minor knock to the one corner on the front of the fire and when we made the first small fire, a white patch appeared on the top of the fire. We covered both with a cast iron black polish and seem to be fine now. Apart from that fire works well and appears to be of good quality.”

“I ordered some benches, table and 10 chairs and related accessories. There was a slight issue with delivery, as part of the order was returned to the company, but subsequently delivered promptly, I am however very happy with the quality of the furniture and hope to see many years of use from it...”
