“Have been searching for a garden table and chairs for a while and was unimpressed with the quality of those seen at local DIY stores. However, after receiving our set of table and 6 chairs from Humber imports, my husband and I were very pleased with the quality of the product and the excellent service received.”

“I was very impressed and somewhat surprised at how smoothly my order was handled. The delivery was brilliant too. I wasn't even at home so the guys just brought the table and chairs into the back garden and left it there for me as requested. A first class service and first class furniture. Thank you!”

“ordered a bench --didnt fit correctly .Was requested to chisel the bench myself so that the seat would fit.Is ok now but not perfect.Am now considering what to do next.”

“We are very pleased with the garden furniture set purchased from Humber. It arrived on time and was exactly as described. Unfortunately, one of the chairs was damaged in transit and, following a telephone call to the company, this was replaced within two days. I would certainly purchase from this company again.”

“We encountered a small hiccup with the first delivery, we were sent the wrong table, we ordered a six seater fixed table and received an extending one that say eight people. I rang John at Humber Imports and he asked if I wanted to keep it, but on reflection, I was not happy doing that. We had to wait about two more weeks but eventually the table that I ordered arrived and they picked the extending table up, job done. We are very pleased with the patio set that we are now enjoying.”

“I purchased a teak table and chairs. Personal service and the owner, John, telephoned when the order was placed to confirm delivery timescale. Slight problem with delivery as no advance warning was given (as should have been) but fortunately turned out well. There was a problem with one set of chairs but they were replaced within a few days so excellent service. The table and chairs look good but seem to be weathering very quickly and there are some quality issues - possibly because the furniture is not machine made, however there is a one year guarantee which should be plenty of time to identify any problems. Very pleased with the owner's positive responses to my queries and concerns and his customer service to date.”

“We ordered a wooden garden bench (£149; partial self-assembly) and are pleased with its solidity and smooth finish, which are better than most of its type. Delivery was within a few days of ordering but there was no email to let us know that it had been despatched.”

“The table and chairs are ideal for my expanding family now we have grandchildren and we do a lot of outside eating in the summer so this patio set is just right our requirements. Well made and attractive to look at, am very pleased with it.”
