“The quality of the Lutyens bench was superb, we went for the extra thick wood and it is worth it. The instructions were very clear and as it comes in panels it was very quick to assemble. We love it.”

“Pleased with service, delivery and my items table/chairs and sun loungers. The easy to follow coded instructions were excellent. The only thing you could perhaps offer if putting it together for folk who are unable to do it the selfs due to age, illness or simply time restraints.”

“No information was provided about despatch to allow us to prepare for delivery. The courier apparently tried to deliver but didn't leave any note to say they'd called or when they would re-deliver. Delivery was then made without checking on our availability and the bench was left unattended. The bench while very attractive to look at is not very sturdy. While the assembly was straightforward the metal bolts were of poor quality with one of the threads being damaged. The slats on the seat are thin and flex excessively when sat on. The back of the bench also flexes and for it to be durable needs some reinforcement.”
