“Excellent chairs. Humber Imports recommended by both son and daughter and rightly so. Only slight fault is that there is a small fissure in the armrest.”

“The ordered item was delivered damaged but Humber Imports quickly responded to our complaint and we soon reached satisfactory outcome. I would happily buy from Humber Imports again.”

“None of the fastenings fitted, the holes to bolt the legs onto the table had to be drilled out. The two droop-nose pivot pins are 14mm in diameter with holes drilled through the wood are 12mm. The clown I spoke to on the phone told me to hammer the pins through the the holes . Not wanting to wreck the table legs by splitting them I purchased a round wood rasp for £7.99 and worked the holes out to a size where the pivot pins can be inserted and removed without damaging the legs. This company can be listed under two headings: Don't know and don't care. Give them a miss”

“I ordered a teak bench which was delivered promptly and the instructions were easy to follow. I managed to put the bench together in under an hour. The bench is of good quality, it's sturdy and looks great. I recommend both the product and the supplier.”

“Very happy with our Paris furniture. On delivery we found one of the chairs had a broken leg, Humber replaced it straight away with no quibble.”

“Easy to order online and quick replies to questions that helps you to have trust in the company that you have found on the Internet . Product arrived promptly and well packaged to prevent damage in transit. Fantastic quality and honest true representation of items bought from online photos and recommendations .
