“Fantastic service and quality product. Called the company to confirm delivery could be made within 2-3 days as we had a large family BBQ on the Sunday. Was told that they would ensure this would happen if we placed the order and the furniture was delivered on the Thursday before. Business is run by a passionate team that really care about customer service.”

“We wanted a nice wooden garden set and came across Humber Imports on the internet. Once we had decided on the patio set we wanted, we placed our order. Order confirmation was received and the delivery of the patio set was very quick. The standard of service is excellent and we are very pleased with our choice.”

“Had a problem with two of the chairs that were delivered but these were very quickly replaced. Overall the table and chairs are of very good quality and the service that I received could not be faulted !”

“We were very pleased with the ordering service, the only thing that happened we were told 10/14 days for delivery and my husband got a call to say they were outside my house after 5 days, but I wouldn't really class that as a complaint.”

“Fabulous service, received a call from them soon after the order was plavpced on-line giving me a contact number/name in case of problems. Arrived in excellent time and is a superb quality furniture set - far superior to the John Lewis set we had to send back twice and which this replaced. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again or recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you.”

“I was very impressed by the prompt and informative follow up information once I had ordered the furniture and the speed of delivery . The furniture arrived on a large pallet in perfect condition. It would need two people to unload and assemble the furniture and I did have to ring the company for advice about the screw fixings which would appear to be unnecessary . The personnel at Humber imports were always very helpful and friendly , if I had one criticism it would have been useful to have written instructions as well as a diagram. Overall service excellent , and the product looks wonderful .”

“Cannot be beaten on quality or price. Customer service was also great as they changed a faulty chair no questions asked. Only issue was the delivery as the courier did not call 1 or 2 days before to arrange delivery; turned up without notice while I was at work. Luckily my neighbour was home.”

“Delivery was amazingly quick. I loved the benches very sturdy and look great in the garden. Really easy to put together. I bought a teak table and chair set about 7 years ago and they still are solid so I knew the build would be great for the price.”
