“Very pleased with the quality of my Lutyens 3 seater garden bench from Humber Imports and speed of delivery. I chose the option of the heavy duty 3 seater. Same price as the 4 seater, but the proportions and chunkier timber sections look better I think. Assembly was quick and easy. I tidied up a few of the joints for appearance sake and gave it a generous coat of teak oil which brought out a lovely rich colour.”

“The price was right as was the quality of the product. The only problem I had was one chair arrived badly broken but all it took was a quick phone call and a replacement chair arrived a few days later. No hassle. Great service.”

“First time using this company. Very happy with the teak bench and the delivery company sent message on day of delivery to advise time of delivery. Only reasons for four stars are it would improve customer experience if there was notice of dispatch. Also a number of people had issues with dowels. Ours all worked fine when you matched the letters on the parts with each other. It wasnt in the instructions, which otherwise were easy to follow and more by luck than judgement it went together except in two places where we didn't match the letters up. It was only at the end we realised. Still there's always a next time and I would be happy to order again from Humber Imports”

“Have had 8 seat extending teak garden furniture since March 2014 - still in excellent condition. Recently had need to contact customer services regarding problem with one of the centre hinges - replacements were received free of charge by return. Recommend highly.”
