“First time using this company. Very happy with the teak bench and the delivery company sent message on day of delivery to advise time of delivery. Only reasons for four stars are it would improve customer experience if there was notice of dispatch. Also a number of people had issues with dowels. Ours all worked fine when you matched the letters on the parts with each other. It wasnt in the instructions, which otherwise were easy to follow and more by luck than judgement it went together except in two places where we didn't match the letters up. It was only at the end we realised. Still there's always a next time and I would be happy to order again from Humber Imports”

“Have had 8 seat extending teak garden furniture since March 2014 - still in excellent condition. Recently had need to contact customer services regarding problem with one of the centre hinges - replacements were received free of charge by return. Recommend highly.”

“Super fast delivery. We bought a bench as a memorial and I’m told it’s really lovely and was easy to assemble. The only criticism I have is that we didn’t know when the bench was coming so it was a surprise when it showed up”

“We bought a Lutyens style bench, supplied as a self-assembly package, that is excellent value for money. The first package that arrived was faulty, but we were offered a refund immediately on phoning Humber Imports. We opted for a replacement, which arrived very quickly. This one was was good quality and was easy to assemble. This is on our patio and we are are delighted with it.”

“I have just bought a three seater Lutyens bench, and I am delighted with it. We constructed it indoors and it looked so beautiful where it was, it was a difficult decision to take it outside! The one thing that really nags at me is that I cannot find a single bench cover anywhere that really looks like it would fit.”
