“Excellent service, easy to use website/ordering and prompt delivery. After the order was placed there was a follow up phone call to give further information regarding delivery, to check we were happy with everything and leaving us with contact details should we require further assistance.”

“Great prices and a good choice. We ordered some teak chairs and a table, which arrived within a few weeks. It needed two people to unpack the pallet, which was a bit precariously stacked but nothing was damaged. The furniture looks beautiful and feels solid, though only time will tell how well it lasts. I was a bit surprised that it arrived untreated, as there was no indication of that on the website - I'm unconvinced by the enclosed explanations of why teak doesn't need treatment, given they sell also teak oil on their website! A quick spray of oil in the factory would have saved me a lot of time with a brush. Would have given 5* but for that.”

“Our table and chairs were delivered promptly. They were very well packaged but one chair was slightly damaged. I contacted HI and they sent a replacement the next day. Very pleased with our purchase.”

“Provided us with beautiful teak garden furniture, which arrived in five days of ordering. Chairs fully assemble and table brilliantly labelled making it quick and easy to erect. The customer service was excellent, would definitely recommend this company.”

“We are delighted with our “Lutyens” bench. It took a bit of thought to assemble but now takes pride of place in our back garden. It feels comfy to sit on even without cushions.”
