“I would like to be writing a review of the Lutyens 3-seater bench but I can't because you won't deliver it - despite the 'free UK delivery' being plastered all over your website. Why? Because the house is on Skye and what you didn't mention is that, according to the person I've just spoken with on the phone, you don't deliver to islands - even ones with a fully functioning and free bridge which, for every other company we've ever dealt with is enough to make it effectively a mainland location. The only reason you have one star from me is that your review system won't allow me to award none.”

“Bought 2x Lutyens benches. Delivery within 1 week of order. Best price I found and really good quality. Minor point but dowels to lock joints are very tight and we had to re-drill 2 of the holes on one bench. Wouldn’t put me off ordering more stuff from the company as overall I’m very pleased.”

“Quick delivery and great product. The steamer lounge chair is fantastic, solid teak wood and I love the brass fittings too. The provided cushion could be slightly thicker for a better comfort, but we have replaced it with a custom made softer 10 mm cushion which fits perfectly and now feels very comfortable. Thank you.”
