“Had a couple of hiccups to start with. 😁 Ordered 100 metres of Qed cable and received 50 metres of Ice cable. To be fair, the guys got the cable, which seems to be very hard to come by these days. So I'm chuffed to bits to get what I was looking for.”

“The goods arrived promptly, although the remote control didn't work. However, after contacting e-bay, I had a replacement within 2 days. Very pleased with that. Now goods work properly.”

“Very good communication by chatting online but when I was going to make my payment online by PayPal, I declined from payment as I was going to be double charged for shipment. I was told that this was mistakenly overcharged, but if I had paid the original charged amount, this would have been done to my own expense. Besides, when compared to other similar PA systems, the unit is high in price.. Thanks.........regards.”
