“Prompt delivery, product as described with nothing missing or damaged. I had problems trying to pay with PayPal, but found another way. albeit less convenient. Would purchase from them again.”

“Item I wanted was listed on the website as in stock but turned out to be a faulty item and I had to accept a substitute. I paid for next day delivery and it did not happen. Item actually arrived four days later after two attempts to deliver when it was claimed we were closed when we weren't.”

“Bought glitterball as a present. My sister loves it. Delivered in time. Only criticism was the cost of postage £12.99 to get from England to Belfast which is part of GB and not Highlands/Islands! But as they kindly explained this is the fault of Parcelforce.”

“I bought the deodorant for my washing machine. They took a while to arrive but I was warned they would . In the mean time my washing machine main bearings failed so I am going to replace it as an expensive repair to an old machine is not worth it. I will use the deodorant on my new machine to keep it fresh.”
