The only downside to this company is the effect they are having on my bank balance. Even then on a hard month they got you covered - Klarna at check out available.

Guys from Cutting Edge are available and kind in clarifying any kind of doubt .... even through the Instagram channel direct communication is fast and satisfying.
The only drawback of my experience with them is caused by the high costs (in my opinion crazy) following the choice of Brexit by the United Kingdom, which made the purchase not very convenient even from nearby Italy (we are talking about an increase in final expenditure of about 60% of the value of the product).... this obviously is not Cutting Edge's fault (to which I have kept my 5 stars) but I think it should be mentioned in fairness.
This is a real shame because the shipping is very fast, the product arrives well protected and the care that the boys put in their work is evident.”

The shipping was also very nice. The knife box was well protected (with sufficient padding) in a larger box. And the packaging of the knife didn't contain any of that annoying flimsy plastic. I'll probably keep the box.

“Really happy with my new knives! I contacted cutting edge knives for advice before buying, as I'm just a keen home cook, with no experience with Japanese knives. I'd tried buying a 'not-cheapo' knife to learn and practice sharpening, but was very surprised at the difference between this and a good Japanese knife!
James gave me really good advise on what I should start with. I had a budget and a knife in mind, but I ended up buying 2 different knifes within my budget, and I'm happy I've got what I need for the cooking I do. James is knowledgeable and honest, I felt like he was trying to find the best option for me, rather than up-selling!
