Cutting Edge Knives was an obvious go to place for me based not only on the variety of choice but due to an excellent customer service. I have reached out to them with different questions even before I have ordered anything and got all the answers within a couple of hours. I have ended up buying a Nigara Hamono knife that is very hard to come by in EU and it was shipped without any delays (I think at the same day of order). Got it very well packaged and beautiful just like the pic on their site portraits it.
