I'm really sad to see your poor review of both the knife and our company. It does feel harsh when we shipped your order as quickly as possible and of the knife isn't to your taste you can always return it of you get in touch.
Our customer service is very important to us and making sure you're happy with your purchase is our priority so bad reviews like this aren't nice to see especially when it seems overall you were happy with our service and just bought a knife you didn't like but this could be resolved easily.
