“The company is great, my package got lost and they sent out another immediately. The knife is also good but not out the box. Unfortunately behind the edge was thick and the edge was blunt. It couldn't slice through tomatoes or pepper skin and had to be sent off to be re worked. I wouldn't expect this when ordering a new knife and added to the overall cost.”
