“Excellent product and service as always. This was the website that got me hooked on Japanese knives and I wouldn't go anywhere else. There's something exciting about buying into the craftsmanship of these products and they beat western knives in every aspect. When you couple this with great knowledge and customer service you having a winning combination. I can't recommend Cutting Edge Knives highly enough.”

“Having waited a number of months for the Masakage Koishi Petty 120 to restock - all I can say it was worth the wait!! In fact I think the wait made the whole process even more exciting. An absolutely amazing knife, exactly as described and now admired by friends for both looks and sharpness. “Excellent service - very fast and exactly as described. Plus a genuine sense that you’re dealing with real people who care. I’ve ordered two knives with them - the second one was a replacement for the same knife that I’d bought from a competitor which never arrived and was very frustrating to chase and obtain a refund. Highly recommended.”
