“This is the first time I had bought Diabond from these guys only a small piece for a small project, the price was great, after-sales too they rang me the day before to double-check the address and post code, and delivered when asked for, can recommend them and will use again.”

“Nothing wrong with the product or the service but the delivery guys need educating.The package was left on the door step severely damaged and the driver disappeared before I could inspect. Thanks to Cut Plastic sheeting for their concern and speed of replacement. The replacement sheet, although not damaged, was also left on the doorstep with no chance of an inspection before the driver dissapeared. Product and service excellent. Delivery not so.Ray”

“4mm perspex is what it is and so this review focusses on customer service. 1. The order arrived (just) within the time specified and it was well packed. 2. There was no communication from the delivery firm about when it was going to arrive, despite the fact that it was a large and heavy package. 3. One of the pieces of perspex had a prominent and deep scratch on it when it arrived. 4. A replacement piece of perspex was asked for but refused because I had not opened the pack and inspected the perspex within their stated 72 hour time limit. 5. My feeling is that a more helpful attitude needs to be adopted if goods that are supplied in damaged condition need to be replaced. With that in mind, I shall not be taking up their offer of another piece of perspex at a reduced price. - this company is not the only supplier...............”

“I ordered a fairly small item which was dispatched in line with the order acknowledgement. Sadly when it didn't arrive and the supplier checked with the carrier, DPD, they were first told it had been delivered, but when pressed further admitted they didn't know where it was. The supplier immediately agreed to replace the item and it was then dispatched quickly. DPD then delivered it to a close neighbour when they were away but I spotted it on their doorstep. The supplier was excellent. Their carrier was not.”
