“i just bought samples. delivery was quite long. customer service was good. only thing i would say is that it would be helpful if the samples were labelled exactly as they were on the website for dummies like me”

“Arrived on time as promised, unfortunatly both pieces where broken due to poor handling by the delivery company. I informed cut plastics, sent them pictures, 3 days later new plastic arrived no charge Excellant service”

“Ordered a sample. Never received it more than 7 business days later. Contacted customer service, to be fair a very prompt response. Promised to send out again via a well-known courier. Three weeks after first order, still no sample. Again customer service replied quickly to arrange a refund. But regrettably a highly unreliable company. Certainly would not consider a larger order given this experience.”
