“I recently ordered several small sheets of perspex but I got one of the sizes wrong so my mistake so I tried to order a replacement at a cost of £8.91 only to find the cost of the order came to £48 due to a small order charge, I tried to email this supplier to see if I could get the charge waved and got no response”

“Received order within the time promised, required confirmation of product integrity but the timeline was too short (I was ill at that time and unable to look at the order till much later when the timeline had expired). Other than that the order was exactly as ordered and un-damaged so all good.”
