“Very good but not packaged well . The package arrived with one side open and no bubble wrap to protect contents. My husband accepted the parcel not realising that it had a label stating it was damaged in transit and he could comment on the state of it . Fortunately, everything was ok inside but there was no invoice.”

“Item never arrived on estimated date. 3 weeks later still no sign of it. Was told it has been delivered but this was false. Made multiple attempts to chase this up but my emails have been ignored. Currently still unresolved. Waiting for a return phone call regarding my refund.”

“Product was good but service not what I would expect. Item was delayed but I had to chase to see what was going on. After chasing I was advised it was shipping only to then be told a day later it was delayed and would be another few days. Appreciate delays happen but doesn't take 2 mins to send a pro active email to let people know that.”

“The ordering system is easy to use and the service from Cut Plastic Sheeting is very professional also items are very well protected for transit with a good delivery service. We have used them in the past with the same amount of great service, the items we are ordering are for model railway edgings and the items which we ordered give good protection for our exhibition layouts as well as allowing the layouts to be seen clearly.”
