“I do not feel I should have to pay for expedited delivery but feel you should ship my business cards expedited delivery at your expense. WOULDN'T YOU AGREE. PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS MESSAGE First, I would like to say Jaime in Custer Service was very, very helpful in designing my business card - it looks great! My issue is as follows: Since I had ordered my business cards initially on November 7th at which time, I paid you $43.14 (payment was deducted from my account on November 7th). I just reordered my business cards, and I requested "standard" delivery, but payment of $43.14 was deducted from my checking account AGAIN today, November 10th for a total of $43.14! I did not request expediated delivery, and why would I have to repay when I already paid for them. This issue has taken way too much time already! I knew I ordered them but, to get this issue resolved I had to called and emailed several times just to be informed that you couldn't find my order and was asked to resubmit payment for something I already purchased and paid for. Then to be charged an expedited service delivery when I did not request expedited delivery, but specifically checked the box, circle for STANDARD service delivery. OH, NOT TO MENTION THE ISSUE WITH MY SIGNS AND POSTS DELIVER - I ordered signs and paid a total of $141.48 on November 2nd. MY SIGNS ARRIVED, BUT ONLY THE POSTS WERE IN THE BOX! What The... I would like my reimbursement of $43.14 for my business cards, since I was charged twice, and feel the expedited service fee should be reimbursed to me, since I did not request expediated service delivery. I do feel due to all the issues and time I have spent on these issue THAT Custom Real Estate Signs should send my purchase expediated service delivery AT THEIR, YOUR, EXPENSE WHICH WOULD PROVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.”

“Website non-functional, Contact Us declined due to a Captcha that did not exist on the form, customer service not at all helpful. Finally able to secure the order because I created an account and was able to log in (NOT a step even suggested by customer service call). Too much time/effort expended to abandon the order but will NEVER return.”

“This is the hardest site I have ever used. I had to repeat over and over. There is no way to color the edges of the sign. I would never use plastic outside. This is a professional sign and it is not treated as such.”

“The website glitched!! I attempted to create an additional design but the web page went blank and wouldn't allow me create another sign. I tried refreshing and logging out and back in...still nothing. I didn't get what I wanted. I'm not happy honestly.”
