Website non-functional, Contact Us declined due to a Captcha that did not exist on the form, customer service not at all helpful. Finally able to secure the order because I created an account and was able to log in (NOT a step even suggested by customer service call). Too much time/effort expended to abandon the order but will NEVER return.
